CHAKRAS
The word "chakra" from Sanskrit translates to wheel, in reference to the energy circulation in the body-mind system. Chakras are like swirling wheels of energy where the physical and consciousness meet. They are located along the spine, starting at the base of the spine and running upwards to the crown of the head. Chakras are a spinning vortex of energy that is not seen by the human eye but can be seen, felt, and sensed with intuition. They store the energy of thoughts, feelings, memories, and experiences. Each Chakra corresponds to massive nerve centers and major organs in the body. When a chakra is not functioning properly or if it is blocked, illness is more prone to occur. Some use meditation, yoga, visualization, reiki, or sound healing to connect with their Chakras. Each of the 7 main Chakras contains our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. The goal is to
keep all 7 Chakras aligned and connected.

Below are all 7 Chakras descriptions and purposes:

ROOT CHAKRA
Also known as the Muladhara Chakra in Sanskrit. This Chakra is located at the base of the spine and is the closest to the earth. It relates to groundedness, stability, balance, security, and our basic needs. It is naturally associated with the element earth and it radiates the color red. It is connected with food, water, shelter, and safety. When this Chakra is blocked, a person might feel unstable, fearful, insecure, and anxious. To keep this Chakra healthy, one should create stable personal boundaries and exercise regularly.
SACRAL CHAKRA
This Chakra is also known as the Svadhishthana Chakra. The second Chakra is located at the lower abdomen, slightly below the naval. It represents the element water and radiates the color orange. This Chakra is related to creativity, sexuality, and desires. It houses our pleasures, passions, and emotions. When this Chakra is imbalanced, you may be obsessed with sexual thoughts and feel irritable or unsatisfied. To stay connected with this Chakra, live your passions and dreams.
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
The third chakra is also known as the Manipura Chakra. It is located slightly above the naval. The Solar Plexus Chakra is one's source of individual power. It represents the element of fire and radiates the color yellow. It helps us have confidence and control in our lives. An imbalance within this Chakra leads to low self-esteem, anger, and control issues.
HEART CHAKRA
Can also be known as the Anahata Chakra. Location is at the center of the chest or the heart region. Its color is green and is associates with the element air. It is in the middle of the 7 Chakras and unites the lower Chakras with the upper Chakras. It is where the physical and the spiritual meet. It relates to love, connection, attachment, trust, and compassion. If this Chakra is ever closed, a person will have a lack of trust and feel grief, jealously, hatred, and a fear of betrayal.
THROAT CHAKRA
The fifth Chakra and Vishuddha Chakra are located at the center of the throat/neck. This Chakra is all about speaking your inner truth. It radiates a bright blue color, and its element is ether or space. It is the communication center and includes our ability to listen. It represents expression, faith, and inspiration. When imbalanced, an individual may be timid, feel weak, have a fear of speaking, or an inability to express their thoughts. Singing, chanting, and breathing exercises can enhance the health of this Chakra.
THIRD EYE CHAKRA
Also known as the Ajna Chakra, and is located in the middle of the forehead or between the eyebrows. It is free of element, and its natural color is indigo. It reportedly governs your intuition. Insight, wisdom, memory, and guidance are all properties of this Chakra. You may have trouble accessing your intuition if this Chakra is blocked. Perception, awareness, and the ability to think and make wise decisions are present within this Chakra. It is said that meditation on Ajna Chakra destroys the karma of past lives and gives liberation and intuitional knowledge.
CROWN CHAKRA
The seventh Chakra is also known as Sahasrara. It is located at the crown or center of the head. It radiates the color violet and has no element. It is the center of enlightenment, spirituality, and the connection to our higher selves. It is the meeting point between your physical body and individual consciousness. When it is blocked one may feel a disconnection and stress.
What is Conscious Guidance?
Conscious Guidance was created to awaken others to their true purpose and provide guidance to support them in their journey. As well as, sharing the truth and providing
awareness of significant topics that have been deeply researched. It is about embracing each soul and purpose and helping and healing others. We are all here right now to learn lessons, grow, and evolve as souls. Conscious Guidance wants to help you in doing so and radiate love and joy your way.
