I CHING
The I Ching is one of the world's oldest Chinese texts. The I Ching was originally used as a tool for divination. Divination is the art of foreseeing future events. This text can be used for obtaining spiritual guidance and Universal wisdom. It is said that the I Ching brings out the Shen (spirit). The readings it gives are simple, yet profound, and it gives advice and insight to humans. To understand the I Ching, it is necessary to abandon the fixed perceptions of what the Yin-Yang symbol is. Many believe it is just showing negative vs. positive. The opposing energies of the Yin and Yang are actually complementary. The I Ching can help reveal answers to one's questions. It also provides ideas that allow you to deal with issues in a more balanced and authentic way. It highlights all choices and possibilities open to you, in a given situation. It inspires one to look
within themselves to find their authentic truth. Carl Jung explained that if one is close-minded towards the I Ching, their answers appear as dark as night. The goal is to be as open as possible to it and respond intuitively. It has been seen that the I Ching strengthens spiritual practice, brings harmony to relationships, and offers personal advice. The I Ching helps in enormous ways. It can even tell you what challenged you are likely to face if you take a certain path. It is the key to Enlightenment and Free Energy.

The 64 hexagrams found in the I Ching all represent different things. They are said to represent archetypal behaviors. When consulting with the I Ching, you should create a hexagram. This is done by using coins or yarrow sticks. One can meditate on the question they are seeking guidance on. Then, you should throw the coins, having the intention to create a hexagram. All of the hexagrams consist of six lines. When the line is broken it represents Yin energy, whereas an unbroken line represents Yang energy.
