Dolores Cannon (hypnotherapist and past life regressionist) stated that there are three waves of volunteers on Earth right now in which are the Lightworkers. Their job is to enhance the frequencies of the population so they can ascend to the New Earth in the next dimension. The first wave of volunteers are currently in their late 40s to mid-60s. These volunteers have the hardest time adjusting to life on Earth and find it easier to be alone. Their lives are very difficult and they face great challenges. They are often suicidal because they want to escape the chaos on Earth. These first-wave volunteers often have a feeling of homesickness different than their actual physical Earth home, they intuitively know that the Earth is not where they came from. The second wave of volunteers are currently in their late 20s and 30s (the age varies) and their lives are not as difficult as the first wave's. They create little to no karma and they are here to channel their energy. They feel as though they are not doing enough to accomplish their purpose or mission when really they need to just be. They are here to naturally beam their light and they are very connected to source energy. The final wave of volunteers are most likely in their teens. They are already equipped with enhanced DNA compatible with the frequency of the New Earth. They have the easiest time out of all the volunteers and they are more creative and the brightest. They have tremendous gifts and "knowings". They often have difficulty in school because no one understands them and are bored.
