also watching as we shift into this New Earth, for it has never been done in the whole history of the universe.

The ascension into the New Earth will occur when the consciousness has reached a tipping point, which will then force an evolutionary jump. The earth has been traveling through a highly energetic interstellar cloud for years now, and this cloud is charging up our sun so that it can release Great Solar Flashes, which will lead to the ascension. I will not get into the Great Solar Flash too much since I have another article coming out on that. The New Earth's food will be different, there will be no disease, our bodies will be lighter, and we will be acting directly from the wisdom of our higher selves. We will also remember exactly where we came from, and we'll experience the connection with source consciousness. The old Earth will be full of negativity, and old karma will still need to be repaid there. Those that still have karma will stay and live out their lifetimes and when they live it out, they can't come to the New Earth because it will have changed too much, it will be full of positivity. So they will be sent to another negative planet to repay their karma. There will be a separation where the negativity will stay with the old Earth, and for those who are ready to move into the new earth, vibrations and frequencies will speed up and automatically shift. These two earth's divide, pull apart, the one won't be aware of the other. The fifth dimension's theme is unconditional love while the third dimension's theme is "pleasure."

An individual can prepare for the shift into this New Earth by, raising their vibration, doing inner work, being at least 51% service to others, getting rid of karma and fear, meditating, and remaining in a state of peace, compassion, and forgiveness. Not eating heavy meats, having gratitude, and eating a high vibrational diet, as well. One can raise their vibration by doing things they enjoy, such as exercising and appreciating the present moment. One can get rid of karma by forgiving and letting go. The best diet for ascension is eating live foods such as greens, fruits, non-GMO vegetables, and smoothies. There is no need to fear that you are not doing enough or are not spiritually awakened enough because you might already be in the fifth dimension and not even know it. You will also feel you have made the transition into the New Earth when you experience more miracles and synchronicities in your life. The New Earth comes fully into existence when everyone creates it in their minds and manifest it out in the world.

Some ascension symptoms that one may get when shifting into this 5D state are, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, depression, joint pain, and muscle aches and pains. These adjustments are mostly for the older volunteers. The ones in the middle have some or all of these and the youngest don't feel anything. The youngest volunteers don't feel anything because their bodies have already adjusted, and they already have the right DNA. I suggest looking into Dolores Cannon and her lectures to find out more about these volunteers and the New Earth. The three volunteers that are assisting in creating the New Earth are called the indigo children (the youngest group), the star seeds, and the wanderers, these are what we call the lightworkers.

All in all, as the New Earth approaches us, our consciousness is expanding and our vibrations are raising as a whole since we are all one. Our perceptions are changing already, and the old archaic belief systems must fall to the wayside to make room for the new. Learning to love and forgive ourselves and others will certainly, benefit Mother Earth when evolving and moving into her next incarnation.
